A Shout Out For Some New Summer Recipes

     I am working on planning out my meals for the month of June. I would like to have meals that don't heat up the house. What do you cook for dinner on those dog days of summer when you don't want to turn on the oven?
     Do you have some favorites you could share? I could even do some light crock pot dishes. We do use our bar-b-que often in the summer so if you have some good marinade ideas for beef or chicken send them my way.
